Elliott B. Higgins D.M.D.

Dr. Higgins is a 1982 graduate of The University of Oregon School of Dentistry as well as a Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies graduate. Dr. Higgins has over 28 years of experience in private practice. Continuing education and a passion for the dental arts has led to integrating lasers and surgical operatory microscopes into his family practice.

As an advocate for technological changes that offer better health care for patients, Dr. Higgins has committed to using these new tools to create a better experience for his patients. This has changed the way Dr. Higgins practices dentistry.

Dr. Higgins is a member and past president of Boulder Dental Forum, a member of the World Clinical Laser Institute and a member of the Academy of Microscope Enhanced Dentistry.

Prior to coming to Boulder, Dr. Higgins spent eleven years in Nepal as a partner in the American Embassy Dental Clinic serving 35 different expatriate nationalities as well as the American diplomatic staff.

Dr. Higgins met his wife Frances in Nepal and now have two children, Christopher and Charlie. This family is active in community affairs as well as outdoor recreation including white water kayaking, mountain biking, camping, hiking and cross country skiing.
