Cancellation Policy

Pearl Street Dental is in the business of serving our patients dental needs and problems or concerns. We strive to deliver excellence to our patients in a comprehensive and caring manner; and in a timely manner. Our time in this lovely office is one of our most valuable assets. We will always endeavor to be on time for you and we ask that you do the same for us.

No shows and last minute cancellations wastes our valuable time that many people are waiting for.

New Patient Policy

In order to best serve our patients, we need comprehensive records with regard to the patients overall health. These include a current medical and dental history. Current x-rays = full mouth series, or a set of bite wings and a Panorex® x-ray, full charting and oral exam of hard and soft tissues. Also at this time we of course, listen to the patients wants or concerns and will attempt to help with a "chief Complaint" - or dental emergency.

Financing

Many times we are asked by patients if there is financing available for dental work. The answer is yes, we have in house financing available as well as we are developing Pearl Plans insurance contracts to better serve our patient's needs. Separate consultations are necessary.

Dental Health Insurance

Pearl Street Dental is not a preferred provider on any dental plans. We are an out of network provider. Our talented front desk people can help process your insurance for you, but Pearl Street Dental is a "fee for service" office. we are currently developing our customized "Pearl Plans" which we feel are a wonderful alternative to conventional insurance plans.

Dr. Higgins has put these policies in place simply to aid in communications with our patients.
